Stef Drever

Stef Chaloner

Stef has grown up being around the boats, fishing and the sea so isn’t shy of getting stuck in. She runs the shore side of the business with “mother” so knows how it ticks. Stef enjoys working at various events and markets around the south west and in her spare time, she enjoys getting out on her paddle board in the sunshine!

Graham Drever

Graham Noble (The Captain)

He has always commercially fished for crab and lobster, having his first boat when he was at school and then various others before the present boat Marauder WH22, When fishing the boat can leave the harbour as early as 4.30am to catch the morning tide. They return every evening with the catch. Graham is chief taster of Carolines recipes (a good job he likes crab and fish)!

Karl Drever

Karl Noble (Deck Boss)

Karl has always fished like dad and is always up for trying to catch the biggest fish when the boys are bass fishing. He currently holds the boat record. Karl fishes with Graham full time, and they do get on (most of the time).

Paul Chaloner (Deck Crew)

Paul, (Husband of Stef) is fairly new to commercial fishing but has always enjoyed it growing up. Paul helps with running the deck and is always keen to give Karl a bit of competition for the largest fish! He has also been on Weymouth Lifeboat crew for 16 years!

our commitment to sustainability

The boys fish for crab, lobster and line caught bass. The way we fish is so sustainable that anything not large enough to land or the wrong species is returned to the sea unharmed.
