We make every effort to ensure that the prices within our website are correct. Our prices will vary according to weather, seasonality and supply.( the boys cant fish in all weathers) You are advised to check the prices of lobster and sea bass before placing an order. All orders are to be paid in full prior to dispatch by using the secure payment system within the online checkout.

Our Guarantee
We aim to supply fish and products of the highest standard; Whilst we make every effort to remove all shell, cartilage and bone from our shellfish and fish we cannot accept by the company any injury or loss as a result of these items.

Complaints
We very much hope that you have no complaints about our products or service, however if you do please contact us for us to offer a replacement or refund.

We ONLY send deliveries out on Wednesday & Thursdays for next day delivery on a Thursday or Friday. All are next day deliveries using our cold packaging and cool blocks. Please ensure that the delivery can be accepted and then refrigerated as soon you receive your delivery.

If you wish for delivery on a Saturday there will be an additional charge. please email or call us for further details.

Pricing of deliveries is for mainland UK only and cost £8.50 postage & packaging. Highlands, Islands and further afield will incur a higher price. Please call us for further details.
